VP of Education

Biography

Earl S. Mowatt received his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Central Florida and is a published author and prolific speaker on social inequality. His research intersects social psychology and social inequality. He currently serves as the Vice President of Education at onePULSE Foundation, where he advances the organization’s vision of acceptance, inclusion, and remembrance in education programs. He develops evidence-based programs to ensure that the intended learning outcomes are achieved. His programs address social problems, including gender identity, intergroup relations, intersectionality, queerphobia, social inequalities, and racism. Dr. Mowatt has also conducted research examining the relationship between the LGBTQIA+ community and the Faith community and has facilitated meetings to build trust between the two communities.
